岗位职责：

 The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, including production ,quality assurance and all technical functions . He will also provide backup to the general management in all functional areas of the site. He will report directly to the GM and assist in the implementation of all policies and decisions adopted by the board of directors of the company.

Responsibilities:
1.To direct, organize and control all manufacturing issues of the company;
2.To ensure the production, product quality, machinery and equipment are maintained in line with best practice and meet the company’s requirement and investor policy;
3. To build up and continuously improve the management system not only in the manufacturing fields ,but also in overall functional areas in the company;
4. To provide on-going site performance analysis and to ensure compliance with production plan ;
5.To be involved in the preparation of the annual  business plan ;
6. To develop and continuously improve the production technology, product quality and new product of the company.
7.To optimize work-flow, co-operation communication within and between all departments of the company;
8.To be responsible for health, safety, environment and fire protection.
 

相关经验：

Quqalification needed:
1)At least bachelor degree in machinery or similar technical fields;
2)Fluent English speaker;
3)At least 5 years working experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably involved in plastics industry.
4)At least 3 years managerial experience in a medium size company(from company with foreign investment )
5)Strong technical knowledge essential.
6)To be able to manage and organize ,and be willing to learn
7) Must be teamwork orientated with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
8)Preferred age range 30-45.-
